We offer the following packages to help each student and family work
through the college search and application process.
The Freshman and Sophomore Package
Includes two meetings each year in which we:
- Create a four-year academic plan
- Establish the academic course work needed to be accepted to college
- Discuss extra-curricular and summer activities
- Explain PSAT testing strategies and timing
- Explore leadership opportunities
- Explore options on how to pay for college
- Develop a resume
The Junior and Senior Package includes:
- Create testing strategies and provide timing for SAT/ACT/Subject tests
- Coordinate the college search process – looking for the ‘Best Fit’ colleges
- Provide a comprehensive list of college possibilities by the end of junior year
- Review extra-curricular/summer activities
- Explain the importance of student-driven search and application work
- Assess any red flags that may compromise college acceptance
- Coordinate application support – the how to, when and why of the application
- Develop a strategy for finishing applications before the deadlines
- Support the creation/development of the college essays
- Provide a mock college interview
- Provide guidance on college enrollment decisions
- Discuss how to pay for college
The Senior Package includes:*

- Explain the importance of student-driven application work
- Assess any red flags that may compromise college acceptance
- Coordinate application support – the how to, when and why of the application
- Develop a strategy for finishing applications before the deadlines
- Support the creation/development of the college essays
- Provide a mock college interview
- Provide guidance on college enrollment decisions
- Discuss how to pay for college
*I can help with the search process during the senior year, but the majority of time during senior year really needs to be spent working on the applications.
After all meetings, a follow-up action plan will be sent to both the student and the parents. While working together it is important that we communicate with each other.
The first meeting gives an overview of our services and is complimentary. Pricing for all packages can be discussed at the first meeting or upon request.
